What's the correct way to use this glove?

When removing hair, rub quickly back and forth horizontally, rather than wiping in a single direction or up and down. The back‑and‑forth movement collects hair at the center of the glove to form a “hair rope”, which can then be pulled off at once.
Is the hair easy to clean off the glove after use?
